How to get your export
  1. 1. Instagram / Facebook → Settings → Accounts Center → Your information and permissions → Download your information
  2. 2. Select only Followers and following · Format: JSON · Date range: All time
  3. 3. When the email arrives, download the ZIP and drop it above — no unzipping needed
